I joined NCSA over 8 years ago with the knowledge that I would gain a wealth of information from those in the call center industry, which I did. Even having moved on from my previous job, I have still remained connected to both our local chapter as well as national. Being involved means I am constantly learning something new or making connections that I otherwise would not have made.
To be able to join a group of like-minded individuals whose focus is to build a better future for our customers and our colleagues through best practices and collaboration is the sole reason I have been a member for so many years and will be for many years to come.
